Bangladesh Army Job Requirements

You must have the following qualifications to apply for the Soldier post.

Marital Status: Unmarried.

Swimming: Must know basic of how to swim.

Age limitation: 17-20 years. The age determination date is 05 February 2023.

Educational Qualification: Must pass SSC or equivalent examination with a minimum GPA of 3.00. However, preference will be given to female candidates who have passed SSC from the science group.

Physical Qualifications (Minimum):

Male Candidates

Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Weight: 49.90 kg
Chest Normal: 30 inches
Chest Extended: 32 inches

Female Candidates

Height: 5 feet 3 inches
Weight: 47 kg
Chest Normal: 28 inches

Application Process

SMS Method (Steps)

1st Step
In the case of General (GD) candidates, the first SMS must be sent by typing as follows.

First SMS: Type SAINIK 1st Thee Letter of SSC Board ROLL Passing Year District Code and send to 16222 number.

In the case of BNCC candidates, the first SMS must be sent by typing as follows.

First SMS: Type SAINIK 1st Thee Letter of SSC Board ROLL Passing Year District Code <স্পেস> BNCC and send to 16222 number.

In the case of son (SS) of Senas, the first SMS must be sent by typing as follows.

First SMS: SAINIK 1st Thee Letter of SSC Board ROLL Passing Year District Code SS and send to 16222 number.

2nd Step
If the candidates send the first SMS as mentioned, a PIN number will be given in the return SMS. The candidate must send one more SMS using the PIN number as described below. BDT. 200/- will be deducted for the examination fee through this second SMS.

Second SMS: SAINIK YES PIN Mobile Number and send to 16222 number.

Note: In the case of female candidates, the first and second SMS must be sent by typing FSAINIK instead of SAINIK.

Online Method (Steps)

Final Step
If the second SMS is successfully sent, the candidate will be given another SMS with a User ID and Password. Using the User ID and Password, the candidate must login to the website sainik.teletalk.com.bd and fill the Bangladesh Army Application Form.

Download Admit Card

You can download the admit card after filling the online application form. You must download and print the admit card within 72 hours of the application.

Exam Date

All the information related to the recruitment exam such as the exam center and exam date will be informed through SMS. You will be notified by SMS from 01552146060 or 01550155555 number 03 days before your exam.
