Once the application form is filled properly, collect the following documents.

passport size color photographs.
Photocopy of national identity card.
Certificate of educational qualifications (photocopy).
Photocopy of graduation examination mark sheet.
Photocopy of certificate of experience and training.
Certificate of character issued by 1st class Gazetted Officer (original copy).
Certificate of permanent address (original copy).
Receipt of application fee submission (original copy).
Note that all photocopied documents including photos must be attested. Must be attested by a 1st class Gazetted Officer.

Application forms and necessary documents must be sent in a 9 “X 4” size letter envelope. The current address of applicants must be clearly written on the letter envelope. You must also specify the group name of the post. Then you have to put an unused postage stamp worth 10 Taka in the letter.

Application Fee
The non-refundable amount of BDT 500/- or 1,000 /- has been fixed as the application fee/examination fee.

Interested candidates can apply by post or courier service from 06 October 2022. The application process will continue till October 31, 2022.

Important Information of DMTCL Job Circular 2022

Third-gender candidates can apply.
There is no need to apply if a candidate gets a 3rd class/equivalent CGPA at any level of education.
Only eligible candidates will be called for written examination.
Candidates who have passed the written exam will be called for the oral/viva exam.
Candidates who have passed the viva examination must also pass the health examination.
The candidate’s candidature will be canceled at any stage if any wrong information is given or any information is concealed during the application.
Applications must be submitted by post/courier service.
